Today is the first day in the rest of your life and that of our beautiful and suffering planet. With all the resent extreme events in our weather and the frequency of them its hard to understand how the debate regarding Global Warming still exsists. There will always be those who deny the facts. It reminds me of the Beginning of the Iraq war,when the Public information minister of Iraq kept telling the Iraq people that they were winning the war and that the blood of the invaders was being spilled out into the desert. The most memorable scene was while he was making that anouncement in his office in Bagdad you could see the American flag on the tanks go by his window!Denial just like the Global warming na sayers weathering a "Freek" storm and still not believing. "Wheather" we all belive its man caused or a "normal cycles" the fact is that our planet is radically changing, and not in a favorable direction.There is So much information that only a fool would disregard it. We must change the way in which we live and how we view our relationship with the the planet. Mankind has proven its ability to identify and modify behavior that causes neg. impacts. I again mention my youth and the gorgaous surroundings i was blessed to grow up in.(Adirondack Park) It also gave me an early and first hand look at Earth and mans fragile relationship. Because of the position of the park, it was in the direct path of Acid rain and payed the price.One of my first proactive involvements was to recieve bags of lime from the Apa(Adirondack park agency) in the winter. Using my snowmobile and a simple play sled with holes drilled in it,i would drive out onto the lake and spread lime to neutralize the acid. That type of mobilization by gov. and simple folk. and regulations imposed on the plants in the mid west causing the emmissions was a success. the problem has all but dissappered. The damage to the Ozone layer caused by CFCs in arosale and frion gas used in refrigeration was devastating. The Ozone level in our planet prevents Ulta-Violet light from reaching you and me causing Cancer, birth defects,srteliztion and lose of life forms Like Cril in the ocean thats one of the most important foods in the food chain. After much debate, action was taken and another example of how we can not only cause a problem, but recognize and correct it.The hole in the Ozone layer is CLOSING! There are so many little things that we all can do to be part of the solution, that cost little or no money and minimal effort. AS of today Earth Day 2007 look at your self and others arround you and decide are you going to be part of the problem or part of the solution???Its time we give Earth more than one day a year. Earth day should be every day from now on... I will be back to this post often in the days ahead. First, to give you some of those simple things you can do. But, also to "Illuminate" the connection between Global warming our dependancy on Oil, the war in Iraq, the dangerous increaese and severity of Diseases on the Globe, and many other events that are intertwined. I monoter global weather and i have noticed the frequancy and intensity of the storms here are by far the worse. In fact CNN has added a savere weather center to their network and its now one of the busiest dept at CNN.So, is mother nature striking back? The US is the biggest emitter of Green house gas among other serious crimes agianst humanity and nature! Do you think "Mother Nature" could actually "rain down evil" when and where she chooses? Does Pinocio have a wooden pecker? May 3 2007- I have suggested mother natures ability to "Rain down Terror", well, she is now using Laser guided weopens(wonder where she got the idea for those?)I have suggested for a while now about the connection of the X-treme weather to the location of it. The top two producers of Greenhouse gsses in the US are 1)Texas2)Florida. Now look at the Xtremly extreme weather that they are both suffering from. Texas is experiencing deadly weather on a dayly bases like never before. Florida is also experiencing its own form of life altering weather. Normally, weather that comes thru Texas would eventually effect Florida. That would be great because Florida NEEDS rain, but those storms are being effected by a unusual low pressure system that forces that weather up to the north that does not the need the rain, flooding is becomeimg a major problem. The extreme drought is creating a perfect environment for wildfires.Florida is currently fighting OVER 200 INDIVIDUAL fires and without help from mother nature,in the form of rain,Florida could become a burnt, aired wasteland.A relavent fact regarding wildfires-for every acre burned,approx. 39 million tons of CO2 is released,and the trees that were once there use to absorb those gases are no longer there. If this isnt Mother Nature then maybe Pinoccio wasnt all wood! So, what can we do? Remember part of the problem or part of the solution. Ck you tires to ensure proper inflation, car pool when ever possible,use public trans, wash cars only in car washes that recycle water and use env. safe soaps, bring plastic bags back to stores or buy a cloth bag.Take one less shower a week and use your towel more than once(you are the cleanest after shower so its just water) Consider landscaping that requries less watering or none cactus and viens need less water. stone gardens need none. weather proof your windows or buy upgraded insulated ones.only do laundry when you have a full load it takes the same energy as one pair of pants!Unplug appliences when not using, they draw as much energy off as on, so unplug(hint if you get a power base that you can plug multiple things into it then you only have to unplug one cord).Get water saving fixtures for house, flush toilet only every other time used(if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down)If you dont have a water saving tank place a brick or large stone to diplace as much water as you can. turn off shower or sink while soaping up or brushing. Start to use only companies or store that care and make the necessary changes. They will eventually comply one way or another. Begin a "Grass" roots campaigne in you local community to start recycling and become a green town. plant trees clean up vacant lots and plant flowers in them there are so many more free and easy things we can all do. start now! And maybe mother nature will feel better and see we care, im sure once she lends a hand it will make a major difference, show"her" Florida and she may "shower" you. The Worlds enviromental scientists gathered at the United Nations confrence on Global Warming in New York the begining of April. Scientists from 17 countries compilled thousands of pages of research material to form a collective opinion on the issue. They came to a conclusion and after it was presented to the council,many heads of state asked for the council to tone down the conclusion as to not create global panic. They finally setteled on FORCAST-DISASTER!!!!What would it have read if it wasnt toned down? Im going to "Illuminate" why "PachaMama" has no chance.Pachamama is the word for mother earth that the Ashwar indians of the Amazon use. The effects of man on all the life sustaining systems that hold life together are reversable. And future damage can be reduced or eradicated. They wont be though. The problem is very sad. Its attidude and apathy, or the lack there of.The majority of the people dont care. I no that seems harsh but its the cruel fact. And even those that care, dont care enough to radically alter their behavior. God forbid they be inconvienced.If you watched(if you havent you need to!) the documentsary by Al Gore'The inconvienent truth" This is what it emplies. The Problem can be summed up with one statement. That statement was made by Carol Ann Wehle, The director of the Florida water management division, in response to the water restictions preventing Floridians from watering their lawns and expensive landscaping. Those and other restrictions have been imposed due to a drought caused by global warming.Much of which is caused by the type of people in Florida who believe its their right to drive Humvees and cruise in their 100 gallon an hour boats! CO2 emissions have increased by 18% over the last 10 yrs and Florida is the second largest producer,next to Texas, in the country.The statement was printed on the front page of the Sun-Sentinel april 14th. It reads,"It would be a painful decision to dip deeper into Everglades water, but one of the worst droughts in history require it.The need for "drinking" water must take precedence over the need for habitat." that is why our world is doomed. The Everglades(river of grass) is one of the most beautiful and unique ecosystems in the world.It is the only sub-tropical national park in the US and the only Everglades wetland of this type in the WORLD! Its fragil exsistence is being raveged due to urban sprawl.The last decade in Florida has seen one of the biggest housing booms in the country. The nations mega developers have converged on everglades like vultures to a fresh kill. The Everglades was allready suffering the ill effects of pollution,mainly phosfates used in fertilizers and The chemicals dumped by "Big Sugar" (those enormous corp.sugar cane farms). But also by indivduals ,Primarily Latins who come from impoversed countries that dont or cant view nature as anything that should be cared for or conserved! Now, I know thats a bit of a "Profile" issue but because for years i spent my sundays in the Everglades, touring its vast trail system(you dont only get around by airboat) on four wheelers. While doing this i was horrified at what i would see. Household garbage, construction refuse, abandon autos and disgarded appliences.Including refrigerators that disposed of in this way leak freeon which severly damages our ozone. All of which i saw being dumped by latins. If you go north to central Fla. Redneck country you will see a dramatic difference. Maybe because rednecks use the Everglades to hunt and fish they see its worth,i guess. Regardless, its a mess. I would always go with a group and at the end of our ride we filled large garbage bags to take out and dispose of properly,only to return the next weedend to see it replaced. This is the apathy that im talking about. We all must look at our future and choose a side. Your either part of the solution, or part of the problem. Which one are you? April 18 2007 When somthing becomes "illuminated" to me it compeles me to dig deeper and see where its giong and why. Well, Florida is on the verge of a monumental diaster..... Because of the current drought,which is the worst one its ever experienced,a process is about to take place that will FOREVER change life in fla. Lake Okeeechobe and the Everglades are the source of all of floridas fresh water(drinking)The lake is at it lowest recored level and as it dips below sea level, salt water incursion will take place causing the last remaining fresh water to become brackesh(A mix of salt and fresh)and inturn killing all life in and around the Lake. The Everglades will repeat the process,only it will take slightly longer because it is actually a river so fresh water from far north does slowly flow into it!!!!! SOUTH FLORIDA ENJOY YOUR FRESH WATER POOLS NOW!Floridianas are praying for rain from Mothernature. Why should Mother nature take care of them when its obvious they dont take care of Her!!!!

Well, The results are in! The first quarter of selling souls.. i mean fundraising has broken all records. Hillary leads the way with 26,000,000 thats right 26 million in sold souls. collectively, when its all said and promised.. i mean done. All camps will raise over 1,000,000,000 thats right 1 billion. Hillary will raise around 400,000,000 thats right thats.... Now, here is the "illumination".Nobody gives you 400 million dollars because they like you and want to be able to come have dinner in the whitehouse. There are strings attached and with that kind of money i get a vision of Hillary and the Lillyputtins, you know Gulivers travel???How will she be able to serve the non-donating majority with all those restaints!The list of buyers(contributers)will be public record. You can bank on the fact that im going to get that list and wait and watch and then illuminate! April 4 2007 If im not mistaken, hasn't the Republican party always held the "purse strings" The Dems have raised twice the amount so far.... Maybe there is a shift in who hold the "power of the Purse"? The final count for Osama is 20 million thats right i said....,. There is a big difference that isn reflected in those final numbers. Hillary needed half as many Buyers(donators) as Obama to collect similiar amounts.It appears she holds the big guns, But, Obama is winning the hearts of the people. Its a David and Goliath fight.... who won that anyway? I have looked into my crystal ball and then i ask you some Ques. When it becomes President Clinton only with a first name Hillary. What do you call Bill? Bill? Mr first gentleman? mr president first gentleman? Mr first man as first gentleman? Im confused. By the way does Hillary smoke cigars? If i were a male aid,i wouldnt even dare bend over to pick up pen while in the oval office. July 3 2007- The #s for second quarter.. Osama bin Barak has broken a record for most blood money raised in a quarter 31 million, thats.... Hillary 25 more mil. and poor, down and soon to be out John Mccain raised "ONLY" 11 million so he has had to lay off half his staff and put the rest on Bread and water only... This arcaic,minipulated,and cotrary to true Democracy system must change... By whom, when and where by voters here and now.... July 7 07 (7-7-7 i should be in vages) With 16 months left untill elections(ONLY 16 more months of this???),our gov. has shifted into neutral(Not Biparticin).The work that they were elcected to do has all but ceased.But, they did manage to work hard on a couple of bills. To increase their pay rate by 4,000/yr they now make 175,000 per year,regardless of time worked or accomplishments.They also managed to shoot down a bill that denies paying that salary to any congress person removed(incl. illegal behavior) from their seat. Currently several of them have been indicted and some found guilty,but they will still recieve 175,000/yr for life even while serving prison time, which the tax payer is also paying!!!!And finally, voted against elliminating the enormous tax breaks given to those oil companies using tax payers land to extract oil and then intentionally over inflating the price before selling to you and me.The hype about a "new" day in congress was exactly that hype. So, lets look at what great changes took place in Polousy(oops i mean palosi)congress. I have all ready told you. Thats right not one other bill was passed in the first 6 months and now with elections just "seconds" away we can forget about the next year and half. We have no one to blame other than ourselves because we allow it.The billions of wasted tax dollors on EARMARKS,MISAPPROREATIONS,EMBEZLEMENT,CONTRACTS THAT ARE PAID BUT NEVER DELIVERED,EXPENSE ACCTs RUN WILD and on and on......

I'm sure you have all seen this ongoing Dateline show that sets up a sting to attract online predators. Actually, its amazing that even guys that have seen the show still fall "prey" to this. I have seen all but one episode(there have been 7)and over and over its unbelievable the different men that show up, sometimes driving many hours, expecting to have sex with a 13 or 14 yr old. They come from all walks of life, all ages and even a Rabbi and a minister. The problem I'm having is in why i feel sorry for these guys? Most appear to be simple guys caught in a complex social issue, not hard core pedophiles. Only 2 of the 80 had priors that involved under age sex. And as i struggle with how i can feel sorry for them, I'm reminded of my own experience. I was sexual molested when i was 8yrs old by a handy man that wormed his way into a close relationship with our family. It happened once and i made it very clear(as clear as an 8yr old could i guess)that it was wrong and will not happen Again. Next year this man went off to serve in Korea and i did not see him again for 15yrs. when i did(i had and have never forgotten)i confronted him, not knowing really what i was going to say or if i was going to punch his lights out(i was a big boy back then) I'm not sure to this day whether when he saw me it even came to his mind... anyway, i walked him out of sight of people and just came right out with it.. he immediately began to sob. He even offered that if i wanted to hit him he would understand(like i needed his permission)But, i just couldn't. I found myself counselling him. Was he abused as a child? yes. He is married and has to daughters i asked if it continues, he swore it didn't. I really didn't believe him but i did recognize a tormented and sad human being kneeling(he dropped when he knew what i was about to say) in front of me. A couple years later my sister told me that she too had been molested. Had i known that when i saw him i know the out come would have been much different. So, i didn't forgive him, but told him it was an illness that needed to be treated. That's one reason i guess i feel sorry for those guy's on Dateline. The other reason is much more complex and I'm sure after i "illuminate" it will be much more controversial. As i have stated over and over in many of my postings it all relates back to Nature. Always remember we answer to a much more powerful force than each other and society. We are an animal and as an animal we answer ultimately to nature. Did you know that every (other) animal females are mated as soon as they are sexually mature. That maturity is around 13, 14 or 15 for humans. Men are biologically programed to pick up on that. Is it that the rest of the male population is unaware and these guys that show up are? I think not. I am in full belief that any male over twenty that is shown a picture of a cute naked 13 yr would experience arousal. Its that those of us that exhibit control have the strength to resist. And whether we resist because its not socially acceptable, or not lawful or both, is a big problem with this issue. April 17 2007 One of the biggest problems with pedophiles is how they are received. Its really a complex problem with fairly simple solution. If, the chain is to be broken we must all take a good long look at all aspects not just end results. First, its a disease no different than any other contagious disease. You are not born a child molester. Its nurture not nature. Some catch the disease by direct contact(While being abused) some catch it from the environment they are in(Priests)Regardless of how one contracts it, if it is continuously looked as a perversion that one chooses on their own free will we will never ever cure the world of it. Just look at how pedophiles are referred to..... no one calls a person suffering from any disease an (an or AN A) your not a cancer your not an Aids you are suffering the ills from them. No one says he is suffering from pedophilia they say he is "A" pedophile. The only other time in history this took place as far as a kind see is with a person who suffered from lepercy . They were a leper and must be kept separated and shunned. Jesus was one of the first persons to regularly visit leper colonies..and he never became "A" leper. Second, They should not be punished as a criminal and put in general prison pop. The other inmates know he is not a criminal and they look at him as a disease that they don't want to catch so they kill them. And finally, it must be able to be spoken about openly and easily. The reason i never caught the disease is no different than why some come in contact with HIV but strangely don't get aids. Different immune systems i guess. what really bothers me is the way that Dateline uses these men for their ratings and profit. If they were sincerely interested in protecting the young boys and girls they would broaden the scope of the show to show possible reasons for the desire and show what is being done both medically and in psychologically. Are there programs to get these men help? Do they work? Whats in the future for them and the problem that is never going to go away by just having a few stings here and there........ At first I applauded Dateline for the show, now I feel it should be pulled. Until they think more about human suffering than ratings. which we all know there are two chances of that...... yep slim and none!

posting soon. also,i saw this on tv,there was a report about one of our brave soldiers. After returning home from two tours in Iraq and a purple heart. He found readjusting extremly hard. Suffering from PTSD or post tramatic stress disorder and recieving no psycological help from the people he served. Hung himself in his basement yesterday. He leaves behind a wife, two beautiful young daughters and a multitude of unanswered ques.Im moved to Illuminate somthing but.... i want someone else to. i will publicly post it here no matter what view it takes. That urge comes because, as i was listening to cnn, i was also reading the paper(do this quite often) and at the exact moment they were to begin the story. I was completing a story of another suicde. one in Iraq also young man with wife and children? only he was motivated by something else(he was a suicidebomber)...... im dying to write but...... i think its time i try to illuminate the facts, and see if anyone is thinking the way i do...... any takers???
